Competing for the apartment is a quirky and private third mezzanine room with king size mattress, wardrobes and steps from both the living area and a door into the bathroom. This is ideal for children, but it’s s also suitable if you are six people.
The apartment is newly decorated and equipped and is a short walk to Chelsea and Battersea square. There is underfloor heating and air conditioning included.

Other things to noteWhile there is free on-street parking available, please note that it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. As an alternative, there is a paid parking option available on the premises for domestic cars only, which costs £15 per day. Please be aware that this option is not suitable for large commercial vehicles.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that additional linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Also, please be respectful towards the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
