I am looking to rent my property for short term only while I'm away. Ideally from December to end of April, but I can co sider shorter terns during this period.

The reason is that I will be moving back in May, so this will NOT be a long term rental.

I am looking for professionals, serious people, as all credit check, statements, references and right to live and work in the UK, etc will be checked.

If you are student, then full rental for the period is required upfront.

Maximum of 3/4 people. There are 2 double rooms and 1 single. Ideal for people that have temporary working contract, are looking to relocate and need a temporary space, or people that have their property being refurbished.

It comes all furnished, including bedding and towels (if required).

Only for people that can maintain the property as it is, in a clean state and be careful with furniture, and prepared to maintain the property at a high standard.

Please note that it is located in a quiet residential area, so no parties after 10pm allowed.

Property has a driveway and is also free to park in the street (not a busy street).

Property is located 10min walk to Kidbrooke station (zone 3) with direct trains to London Bridge (15min), Charing Cross/Waterloo/Cannon St (22min) and Victoria (28min).

Buses are less than 5min walk and go to Woolwich for Elizabeth Line (14min), North Greenwich for O2 Arena and Jubilee Line (15min), Greenwich Village (25min).

The property is within walking distance to supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, coffee, off-license, pubs and park.

Price is £3000/month not including bills or £3500/month including bills and weekly cleaning.

Holding deposit of £3000 required.
