A room in a lovely cosy ex-council in Clapham Junction (St Johns Hill) available from 26th January for a 6-month lease with possibility of extending.

A lovely smaller double at £710 per month with a large built-in wardrobe and loads of shelving for maximising space and storage.

Our house is a 3-bedroom flat with a large shared living space and large kitchen, a shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet, and the three bedrooms upstairs.

It's a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station and super accessible to pretty much everywhere!

Council Tax for the area is the cheapest in London - and bills come to £87 per month, not including gas which is charged separately every quarter and obviously becomes lower as summer draws in (the most we've ever paid is £50 each for 3 months). The bills include a cleaner that comes every second week, too.

Our housemate Tessa is staying on - she's super friendly, laidback, kind and a great housemate.

I am sad to leave and am only doing so because I'm moving home to Ireland with my partner - but this is a lovely home for 6 months in London. Get in touch with any questions or to arrange a viewing!
