Hi, I’m a live-in landlord and am renting a bright, double room in a spacious flat right on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath.

The flat gets a lot of natural light and is just a 2 minute walk from Gospel Oak Overground and the beautiful Heath. Tufnell Park tube is a 12 minute walk away and Kentish Town 10 mins - the Thameslink is only 1 stop to St Pancras, 2 to Farringdon and 4 to Blackfriars giving even quicker access into Central London.

The bedroom is newly decorated with a double bed and comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk space and chair. The living area is also bright and spacious with a 42" Smart TV with multiple streaming sites including a full Sky package and there is also a high spec Yamaha digital piano.

The kitchen has a brand new washing machine and cooker along with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

The balcony overlooks the entrance to Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill Lido, it gets a lot of sun and has a small table and four chairs.

As well as the bathroom there is an additional cloakroom with another toilet and sink.

I also have a third bedroom which I don't rent out and use as a multi-functioning space for work/gym/hanging washing and there is also a tumble drier in there. So essentially it’s a 3 bed flat but there would only be 2 of us living there.

You would have use of the entire flat & outdoor balcony.

There is a car park for the building and free parking is included.

All bills are included except for Electricity and Council Tax, which we would share, the property is Council Tax Band E.

You would be living with me, 44, an actor/writer, I sometimes do another job as well, working from home and have periods where I go away so you would have the place to yourself during that time. I have tonnes of interests, I'd say I'm easy going and sociable but I also value time to myself and I like to keep my place clean and tidy :)
