There is an open plan kitchen living area but it feels like two different spaces as the kitchen is tucked in it own space with a skylight letting a lot of light in the room.

In the evenings, you will come home to  watch your favourite shows on a 56’’ Samsung TV + sound system and relax on a fully reclining white leather Italian sofa. There is also a round Italian glossy dining table with a dark wood dresser in the same room. The flat feels very spacious.

The bedroom is tucked away from the living area , comprising a brand new double bed with rattan headboard and new high quality memory foam mattress, a floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe providing ample storage, a of chest of drawers and a nightstand.

 A short walk from the high street and Brent Cross Shopping centre. Sunny Hill Park is at the end of the road and has walking paths, sports pitches, and a cafe.  You will be spoiled for choice if you like to work out at a gym as there is a Virgin Active in Mill Hill, a Nuffield Health in Hendon Way and the Middlesex University fitness centre with numerous tennis courts. There are also golf courses at Hendon and Mill Hill and an equestrian centre.
