We have two single bedrooms available in a shared house with two others (UCL master degree students and a young professional works in Marketing company).  The house is 3 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale tube station and less than 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants, pubs, gym, and the nature/wetland.   The two single bedrooms are fully furnished with single beds and ikea mattress, wardrobes, desk and chair, bedside units and tall drawers.  The price is £730/mth each room including all bills and the cleaning fees for weekly cleaning for cleaner is £40/mth.  Deposit is £500.  Would suit a Clean, Tidy, Responsible, Non-Smoker, Mature, Reliable and Friendly Young Professional(s) or Postgraduate student.
