Room in a Shared House, Mortimer Road, N1

We are two flatmates looking for someone to take over a room in our beautiful house from 1st Jan 2025, as one of our housemates is moving back to Germany. We will be renewing the contract with the landlord from the 1st of Jan, but possibility to move in before (from the 9th of Dec) is possible!

Your room will be the smallest in the house, which is reflected in the rent. It’s fully furnished with a bed, desk, and built in wardrobe and storage. West facing window. There are two toilet rooms in the house, one large with a bath and walk in shower, one is smaller with a toilet and small shower only.

Bills are around 150 per month.
You will need to have stable income to pass referencing.

You will be sharing with two young professionals. We work in environmental building design and finance, once or twice a week from home. We are quite busy with personal lives, so can be out of the house a lot, but we enjoy socialising together, going to a local pub (we have one two doors down), or hosting a movie night with our projector. Our daily routines are quite different from each other so there are never any clashes with bathrooms. The house has two. Plus a laundry room.

The household is very clean and tidy, we try to share house responsibilities and bills.
