Myself and my husband aim to provide high quality accommodation and a secure environment for our tenants.
The house's features are:- mature (25 -35) year old long term professional tenants - huge living space with lounge , separate dining room with table for 10. -100ft garden with bbq facilities and mature fruit trees,-laundry room (with washer and dryer)-3 bathrooms (a private bathroom is part of the package for this room)-wireless internet -driveway parking space-council tax and water bill included in rent.
The room is light and airy. A solid floorboarded room.with a good single bed , bedside table, chest of drawers, carpet, radiator double glazing.qnd solid wardrobe
The tenants are long termers - hence they look after the place and see it as their home.
The other bills (gas, electricity, net, phone etc) are seasonal and shared among 6.
It is a 3 minute walk to Norbury Station. 20 mins direct to London Victoria or 3 stops to Balham and the Northern Line.
Cost to move in £550+ £550= £1100 TOTAL (*This shows a month's deposit which is held in a Landlords Deposit Scheme).
We ask for a minimum stay of 6 months and then the contract rolls on on a month by month basis until one of the parties gives a months' notice to the other.
First to see will take it. (We will ask for a copy of your passport, proof of your employment and a bill or landlords letter from your last residence).
