Room available for a lodger in a family house in Brixton. The room is on the ground floor of our three-storey modern house. It comes with a private shower room and toilet and also includes use of a shared lounge on the ground floor and garden. On the first floor is a shared open-plan kitchen area with a balcony. The room also has a mini fridge.

The house is on a residential street close to shops, restaurants, and to Brixton Market and Village. It is under 10 minutes' walk from Brixton tube (Victoria line) and 5 minutes from Loughborough Junction rail station (Thameslink). There is also secure parking for bikes. It is also 15 minutes from Myatts Fields park and 10 minutes from Ruskin Park.

The monthly rent includes all utility bills, cleaning twice a month and access to fibre optic broadband. It does not include council tax. Please note this is NOT a house share and that we are a family with two lively school-age children. The room is not suitable for couples.
