It also includes a table with chairs and a chest with drawers. Residents share communal facilities such as the laundry room and glorious garden space. CCTV is in place covering all the external and internal communal areas as well as fob entry access only for a further element of security. 

On site maintenance team from Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm as well as management staff available throughout the week.
