Private water supply free in return for occasional help with animals when possible. No garden, but places to sit over-looking the pond..
Broadband included. Bills : council tax, electricity, heat and hot water.
Neighbours are sheep, peacocks, ponies, landlady and another couple nearby. We value our privacy and the peace and quiet.
