Off-street parking with exclusive access to a 7 kWh electric car charger. The house has 300Mbs Fibre broadband with full Wifi. 

You will be sharing our home with myself and my 11 year old son. We are a quite family going to bed around 10pm most nights and up around 6:30am so not looking for someone who is going to be watching loud TV until the early hours of the morning or coming and going late into the night. Ideally suited to working professional who following a similar pattern to us.

House is situated on the south side of Newhaven and rear garden leads onto the beautiful cliffs, perfect for evening walks to see the sunset.. It's a 15-20 min walk to the town for the main bus route to Eastbourne and Brighton and train station with direct links to London..
