Spacious flat over two stories located on Newquay’s Pentire headland - very close to surfing beaches Fistral and Crantock, and the Gannel estuary. There are limitless activities and beautiful views within walking distance along with cafes and bars. The photos don’t do it justice!

I’m looking to rent the flat out as a whole, long term (or as long term as someone wants!). This isn’t and won’t be an air bnb / holiday let. Families or a flat share group are welcome.

Bedroom 1 - Large King/Queensized room with private en suite (shower, toilet & sink) and balcony on its own floor. Sea views over Fistral Beach from the room and balcony. The room is modern, open plan, light and airy. It has one queen sized bed, a bedside table, dressing table, chest of drawers, one double mirror wardrobe, one single mirror wardrobe and one walk in wardrobe/storage space.

Bedroom 2 - Large double bedroom furnished with a double bed and two double mirrored wardrobes. Plenty of space for further furniture if needed. South facing room.

Bedroom 3 - Smaller double room with Juliet balcony. Furnished with 3/4 bed and double mirror wardrobe. South facing room.

Main bathroom - situated on the main floor with bedroom 2 & 3 and the living area. It has a large bath, toilet, sink and small cupboard.

Living area / kitchen - open plan area, comes with a comfortable corner sofa, 4 chair table, stand up desk area, smart TV and kitchen area (which is stocked with pots and pans, crockery, utensils, cutlery, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dish washer, washing machine.

Surfboard rack - room for approx. 6 short boards.

It's the perfect place to live if you want to be close to the best beaches, walking distance from the town but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. Sunset strolls, surfs or drinks are on the doorstep :)

This has been a home for the last 7 years - the current tenants have absolutely love it and they are sad to be leaving. They are looking for respectful, considerate, clean/tidy people who will look after the flat with love :)
