There is currently no parking available with the premises but there is usually something available at some point along the road failing that there is a large car park at the top of cliff road. 

Internal access is from a shared corridor and staircase, additional storage is available in the shared basement cupboard. There is also shared outside space for each flat to have some space. 

All internal furnishings are supplied with all necessary kitchen utensils and a large smart tv - any of this can be removed if preferred.

Bills can be included are wifi, water, council tax, fair usage on electric and ground rent - this can be discussed at an extra cost. Current usage has been around £280 total.
