Currently 2 single beds -(one bed will be removed-see photo) but can be changed for a double bed if preferred. Makes a cosy/ small double. 
This room comes with the exclusive use of a private lounge. 
(There is a spacious bathroom-shared between room 2 and myself. Clean and bright with plenty of storage space)

The house has plenty of storage space and an attic space available for larger items (suitcases etc)

Shared areas-
Kitchen/diner, electric oven and induction hob (different to photo) microwave and most of kitchen things you will need are already in place plus cupboard space will be allocated to accommodate your kitchen needs as well as space in the large American style fridge/freezer.

Large hallway with storage for coats and shoes

Utility room-cupboards, washing machine-tumble dryer, space for muddy boots, downstairs W.C. and access to the garden.

Large comfortable lounge with smaller lounge/guest room leading from it.

Large walled sunny courtyard garden plus a steep wilderness area.

Off street parking available for household and there is a regular bus route nearby.

I am a professional artist and psychotherapist, live a quiet healthy lifestyle, enjoy the arts and outside activities.

I have 2 loving older cats so patience with animals is a must! As much as I love animals-sorry but no other pets will be considered.


I am looking for people who like a comfortable homely home but appreciate the need for the house to be kept clean and tidy for the benefits of all occupants. I am happy to occasionally cook, watch a movie or garden together. I'd like to think we'd be a little community and look out for each other.
