Room in a Shared House, Kensington Road, PO2

I have two large rooms available FOR ONE PERSON ONLY.
One you can use as a bedroom the other as office/living room. You have YOUR OWN  modern fitted bathroom with shower over L shaped bath. 
You will share the fitted kitchen with me.
There is secure storage for a bike if you have one as the property has side access.
The property is situated on a residential road with on road parking.
It is a 5 min walk to a convenience store/Post Office, hairdressers and barbers. Another 2 mins will get you to a Tesco express/Filling station open until midnight and across the road from that a nice pub/restaurant. A little further down are numerous shops and cafes.
Prefer not to do video tour as I think its important for both parties we meet in the 1st instance.
