The flat itself has a small entrance lobby,  with a large living room and large bedroom with small en-suite shower room. There is a galley type kitchen with built in electric cooker and gas hob, and space for a washing machine and fridge/freezer. 
There is parking outside the property on the main road on a first come first serve basis, which isn't normally a problem.
No pets will be allowed due to it being a flat in a house with communal access shared with others. 
No smokers please.
There is also a charge for the water used which we pay - this is currently £24 a month.
