Internally this house share offers accommodation comprising of; 3x double bedrooms, large separate communal living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, desk and chair and access to superfast broadband. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances included.
Private landlord with local connections if there are any issues. No agency fees or processes. The landlord wants to make sure you are happy and have everything in the house :) Installed a top range boiler, brand new front door and a 43inch SMART TV for the lounge.
I am flexible on the move in and out date, I don't lock you into a long contract if you don't need it!
Rooms average £550 per person, per calendar month, with an additional £70 per person if you'd like us to pay all bills.
Our current tenants are staying for the second year, it is a comfortable house.
