THE PROPERTY
This property is a fantastic, very large end-of-terrace house on the gorgeous Grosvenor Crescent near the South Cliff end of the Valley Bridge, Ramshill Road (near St. Andrews church), Sainsbury's Local and Costcutter. The house is a beautiful classical Victorian townhouse with original features such as fireplaces and restored cornicing. The ceilings are very high and the large windows let in a lot of light, not to mention beautiful views onto the green at the front of the house and the garden at the rear.
The entrance hallway leads to the spacious lounge with TV, dining table & chairs and comfy seating. The kitchen is off the living room and has plenty of fridge / freezer and cupboard space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is WiFi throughout and TV points in many of the rooms. There are 9 bedrooms in total in the property and there are plenty of shower rooms so there is never a queue.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
THE HOUSEMATES
The other tenants are all professional working or retired, and are aged between about 30 and 55. It is a very friendly but quiet and respectful house. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy.
Sorry but we don't accept under-25s or couples in this property at this time.

Room 7 - 4.9m x 2.9m second floor. Looking out over the crescent, this is a large and bright room. It comes with a double bed, mattress & mattress protector, drawers, bed-side table, desk and wardrobe. There are black-out curtains and a lock on the door.
