Within close proximity, guests will find Dinosaurland Fossil Museum only 8 miles away, Powderham Castle at 27 miles, and Woodlands Castle at 28 miles.  The Seaton Tramway is an award winning attraction, 2 minutes walk away, taking visitors along the wetlands to a quaint village called Colyton.  Moreover, Seaton Beach is merely a 2-minute walk from the property, offering easy access to the serene coastline.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, complete with amenities such as oven and microwave (the dishwasher has been disconnected so doesn't work). Additionally, there is a cozy seating area and a bathroom with a shower/bath tub and hairdryer. As an added convenience, the accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Sorry no pets are allowed.
