The office / spare room has a large desk, chair and double bed with further storage underneath. The bathroom is family size and yours for private use, with a powerful shower over bath set up.

Bright and spacious open plan living room + kitchen, with french doors into the garden where you'll find outdoor furniture, decking, BBQ and pizza oven you're more than welcome to use! There is a ping pong table and dartboard too. There is off-street parking on our large driveway.

Our home is a 3 bed detached situated in the Flying Fields development on the outskirts of Southam, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet maintaining easy access to Banbury, Leamington Spa, Gaydon, Coventry, M40 etc.

Included in the monthly price are all bills, (gas, electric, council tax, broadband, water etc). Also included in the price is a bi-weekly cleaner who will clean all shared spaces and bathrooms. They will clean your bedroom too with your permission.

You will share the house with my brother who works for JLR and is out of the house most days onsite.
