The room is located at the back of the house overlooking the patio to the back and patio benches and bamboos to the side

The bedroom has a large wardrobe with internal draws , a large chest of drawers and desk. The bed is a metal framed bed with plenty of storage underneath.

There are two bathrooms One with a bath and shower above, which is right next to this bedroom and one bathroom with a shower only. There is also a seperate toilet upstairs , making a total of three toilets.

There is a living room with breakfast bar, a seperate table to eat at and two sofas.

The kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle etc and plenty of work surface.

The kitchen door opens out into the granite paved garden. The garden has 10 metre’s of wooden benching with mature bamboo. There is also glass Balustrading on a raised patio area with a table and lots of roses and climbing plants.
