The cottage as part of a fully detached property set in a small valley near the top of the hill above the picturesque village of St Dogmaels a few miles from the sea and beautiful Pembrokeshire coastal walks.

Please note that this rental is strictly for a short term rental (min 3 months max 6 months in duration.

The property is surrounded on most sides by fields and small woods. There are a few neighbouring houses dotted around up and down the quiet country lane here, they are not very visible and over 40 metres away behind trees.

The cottage in question is semi-detached as part of a 3 cottage building. The neighbours are quiet and are working professionals without children and no dogs are on the property.

The cottage is heated by a brand new air-source-heatpump which is very efficient and costs little to run. There is also a mid-sized high-quality woodburner in the living room. There is a downstairs shower room/toilet, as well as an upstairs bathroom/toilet.

The price includes council tax. There are no water bills or sewage costs to pay and fibre broadband internet is also provided. The cottage has a spring water supply to it's taps.  This is possible to easily switch back to mains water on request.

There is plenty of off-road parking in the large private enclosed yard.

Note: this cottage had a renovation in 2023 and is fully furnished with all appliances, beds, crockery etc and various new carpets.
