Also, there are two car spaces with the house and a back gate to get in to the garden from that end.
We didn't finish the cleaning and fixing the cosmetic wall marks . Also, we are installing a handrail for safety reasons.
Fridge freezer is included but when it gives up we are not planning to replace it and same with the washing machine.
We have few extra furnitures if needed. Sofa, table and chairs, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers are not included.
