The room itself is located on its own floor at the top of the house, making ti very quiet and Private. It has plenty of light in the day and a cosy bedroom when the blackout blind is drawn. There is a huge, upholstered midnight navy double bed with a large bedside table, with drawer and caged industrial style touch lamps. The panelled feature wall and bright colours of the room help to give a hotel feel. The room will come with the bed, mattress and protector; however, bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only. The 32” smart tv is located at the end of the bed above the extra drawers for ease of viewing.

WORKSTATION AREA

There is an extra-large industrial sized desk with ethernet points behind both the TV and desk with sockets next to them too. The desk itself is a great size and perfect for any professional home working and comes with a comfortable wooden desk chair. This is located in its own little nook under the large window in the room, meaning you get plenty of natural light whilst working away!

WOW, the ensuite is STUNNING. Our New Spec ensuites have stone floor to floor to ceiling tiles, black accents and wood style panelled tile shower cubicle. You would have your light up Vanity mirror and well sized vanity unit perfect for any extra bathroom storage you may need. The shower itself has a rainfall shower head and a detachable hose, and one thing we pride ourselves on is having great water pressure in all the rooms, no matter the usage!

The wardrobe is located at the end of the bed in the cupboard, it has a railing and plenty of space underneath, but as you are in the loft room with the gorgeous, exposed beam, it means that you have loads of space in the alcove along the side of the bed for any other boxes you may have!

There is also a large amount of space free perfect for a suitcase by the side of the bed too!

The facilities in the kitchen are only used by 4 of the room as there are 2 fully self-contained Studios within the property.
