Accommodation - Rear stairs lead to rear door on first level with hall way and 2 bedrooms on first floor with large shower bathroom. The hall leads to kitchen/lounge which has impressive views over the village and sea. Kitchen currently has large table & chairs (definite preference to leaving table en situ). Kitchen has integrated induction hob & oven with a  separate fridge freeze.  Second floor has 2 bedrooms both with ensuite. 

 

Outside - Access to the property is via a gate on Court lane which leads to the stairs to door.  There is a small patio at the first level with chairs & a good size wooden table in the garden. There is a large car park area with space for 2 cars for this masionette. The car park entrance is from the main road to the village, as opposed to the door which is via Court lane. 
 
 
Services - Mains water, drainage and electric. Oil fired central heating. A bus service is available twice a day from Thurlestone to Kingsbridge, where connecting services are available to Salcombe, Totnes, Dartmouth, Plymouth and Exeter

Directions - From the M5, merge onto the A38 heading South (Plymouth). Take the A384 exit, for Buckfastleigh/Totnes and follow this road into Totnes. Then follow the A381 towards Kingsbridge. After 11 miles, turn right at the mini roundabout onto the A379 towards Churchstow. At the roundabout beyond Churchstow, turn left onto the A381, then turn right into the lane signposted to Thurlestone, follow this road for 2 ½ miles and you will then come into the village. The property can be found on the left hand side past the primary school & left into the car park with Sunny Ridge/Smeaton sign.
