I work in historic building conservation and I spent so much time, money and effort in renovating this house over 4 years, that I could not bear to sell it when the time came to move. Therefore I have continued to own the property and I now rent it out to those who find the works agreeable to their taste. The property is still a little coarse around a few edges but once furniture is moved in these disappear out of view. 

If you come to view this property on a sunny day with the bi-fold doors fully opened then I don't think this location can be rivalled in such close proximity to the West Bridgford High Street.
