The rooms are ideal for young professionals, NHS workers, or Bristol commuters. 

The bills included are: Gas, electricity, broadband, council tax, water and sewage rates, 

You’ll be sharing the house with Liam, 30, who works for the NHS in Bristol and other tenants. In total there are four bedrooms in the house.  The house has a large open plan kitchen / diner, a garden with barbecue and fire pit (ideal for socialising in the summer), and a large sitting/living room with log burner and TV. The  bathroom (with bathtub / shower and storage space) is shared, and there is a second toilet downstairs. A home working office space (with desk and shelves) is available to rent with one of the rooms at an additional cost of £100 per month.

The house will be ideal if you value your own space, but enjoy socialising with other housemates on evenings and weekends in tidy, comfortable surroundings. Cats welcome as pets.
