Description
------------------------------------------------------
1 bedroom, an open plan kitchen-living room, an ensuite bathroom & a small additional WC
Hi! I am Eune and I own this flat. I am currently a design manager for a Big 3 consulting firm in London. The flat has been built in 2013 and I decorated the flat as I lived here for the first 3 years with my husband. It has been very well-cared for by us as well as tenants.
This flat is an atmospheric, a one-of-a-kind place with a sense of calm and beauty. Everyday in this flat is an experience. I know it from the times I lived here, it's something all of my tenants agreed.
Since this is a top-floor flat, you will enjoy a high ceiling(2.7M highest), less noise from the street or no neighbours upstairs.
With so much storage space everywhere, it is sufficient for a couple, and you don't worry about having a tidy flat which is a general problem of renting. It will look and feel like your own place.
-----------
About the tenancy
Since we are not involving a high street agency, this flat will be a lot more affordable than with.
We use a tenancy agreement to sign (a standard shorthold tenancy agreement template downloaded from the Gov.UK website), and a tenancy deposit protection scheme approved by the UK government.
We live about 45min' car ride and we will come to support any issue usually within 24-48 hours. We have a reliable electrician and a plumber we work with for any issue.
You are welcome to speak to our current and previous tenants about how we managed and supported them.
*Please present your right to rent, your ID & employer's contract or last 3 months' payslip if you would like a viewing.
Instead of going through a security/reference check that an estate agent require, we would simply require a 5 weeks' deposit (to be refunded at the end of the tenancy unless damage to the property). - to be put into the government-approved deposit scheme.

About the surrounding
The entrance and the hallway are shared with 2 other households. The owners of those 3 flats including ourselves are closely connected and maintain the common areas together. Any issues with neighbour tenants can be communicated and dealt with easily.
Waitrose (60meter), Morrisons (100meter),Boots & WH Smiths right across, plenty of cafes and restaurants of Weybridge High St directly accessible.
Parking : no parking included but you are able to apply for a resident park permit. There are backstreet parking availabilities which i am happy to give you tips for.
There are really lovely walks by the Thames easily accessible from the town centre. I am happy to share all my favourite walks.
