There is an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs and a sofa.

There is a lounge with a TV and a large comfortable seating area.

There is a large bathroom with a bath, an electric shower, a wash basin and a toilet.

Cleaning can be organised and towels can be  provided.  

There is a conservatory with 2 sofas, and outside there is a patio with 2 deck chairs and a round table with 4 chairs.

There are 2 parking spaces at the back of the property: 1 in the front of the property and 1 at the back.

There is a gas combi-boiler for heating and hot water.
