Bathroom with bath/shower and downstairs cloakroom, large living room and TV with Sky, Netflix and Prime included in your rent along with WiFi. Dining room and very modern kitchen with high end appliances. Also an attractive garden and patio area. A sanctuary and sun trap for those who enjoy some quiet time and fresh air if you so wish.
You will be sharing the house with just myself. I'm a professional and friendly guy, the house is very clean and a cleaner also comes in on a regular basis. Due to my profession and social life, the house will be available for your sole use on many occasions.
Smokers welcome, but only in the garden.

Wouldham, a friendly village, has a choice of two pubs and an Indian restaurant only 5 mins walk away. Plus a local Coop, simply M&S, pizza take away, Costa coffee, Mcdonalds, dentist, and beauty salon all within a few minutes drive.
