We are looking for somebody over 40, quiet and easy to get along with to fit in with our existing tenants. The flat is only big enough for one person therefore anyone with partners/spouses, pets or children won't be considered.
With regards to work it is not imperative that you are working but you'll need to ensure that any payments for rent will need to come directly to the landlord.
In order to be considered you will need to give details of:
Your full name
Your work status (references will be required)
The town in which you currently live
You will also need to confirm that you will be living here by yourself with no pets or children and you do not require a parking space.
Please note that we do carry out right to reside in the UK checks, police checks and financial checks/references should you be successful.
