Studio Flat, The Mount, YO24

Hi!  We are a family of 4 (with two teenage daughters) who have recently moved to York.

We're looking for a female professional to occupy the top floor of our house, which is a listed building in central York near Micklegate Bar.  The top floor is a self-contained flat and we're offering it with all bills and council tax included.

The flat has:

-- A main room with separate sleeping and living areas.  The living area is currently set up as an office but we could furnish it differently if useful.  The room is lit by two large dormers windows with views, and has a queen size bed, dressing table, desk, storage, mirror, etc.
-- A very large luxury bathroom with claw foot bathtub
-- A private kitchen with new fridge etc.

Access is via the main stairwell of the house.  Washing machine and dryer are in the utility room in the main part of the house.  This is a lodger agreement, not a tenancy as the flat shares an entrance with the house as a whole.  We could discuss providing parking and changing the furniture.  We're very happy to show you the flat, just get in touch by whatsapp or email!
