We're going away for 3 months from beginning of June and hope to rent our home to someone clean and respectful in that time.

Light and cosy 2-bedroom house with a large and beautiful open garden and conservatory. The neighbourhood is surrounded by plenty of greenery, allotments, nature reserves and parks in a well-sought-after area of east Bristol between Greenbank and Fishponds. The house is right by the Bristol-Bath cycle path with shops and cafes easily accessible and within easy walking/cycling distance. It takes about 10-15 minutes to cycle into town.

It's a really pleasant area with lovely neighbours. The front bedroom can be arranged as a work-from-home space or the futon can be turned into a double bed. The house is fully furnished.
