We are offering our lovely 2 bedroom garden flat to rent for one year as we are moving abroad for the year. The flat boast a large kitchen/dining room area, a bathroom with a large walk in shower and a separate bath up, a light and airy living room with bay windows and 2 bedrooms.

The flat is situated on a lovely tree lined street and is only a 5 minute walk from Gloucester Road. We can be flexible with the furnishing preferences and can offer the flat fully furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished.

We are looking for one or 2 professionals to share or a family.

We do own to cats and are currently weighing up options about whether to take them to Germany or not so if anyone would actually be interested in looking after the 2 cats with the flat please do get in touch. We would be paying for the cat food and any vet expenses and can probably look to reduce the rent slightly.
