I am looking to rent a separate studio flat (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) located at the back of a family home in Hounslow. The room is suitable for 1 individual (non-smoker) who is looking to rent for a minimum of 6 months. There is a separate entry to the room and it comes with garden/patio access. Driveway parking for 1 car is available with the studio flat upon request.

The room is furnished, with the kitchen containing additional appliances.

Please note: The electric bill is not included in the rent price. This will be calculated on a monthly basis via a separate meter indicating the electricity usage for the studio flat only. Further details will be provided.

The 1st month of rent and deposit will be due upon agreement. The deposit will be kept to cover any clear damages to the room, otherwise, will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
