This property is both smart and homely with big leather sofas in the lounge and a separate dining space for entertaining/ currently being used as a WFH office with an extra freezer and other utilities. Excellent unlimited fibre broadband that delivers 100Mgb speeds.

It's bright, warm - everything is recently and tastefully refurbished. There is an extra loo as well as the main shower/ bathroom and a private sink for each tenant.

This is a larger than average terrace in the heart of Roundhay just around the corner from all the fabulous local amenities - Pizza Express, San Carlos Flying Pizza restaurant, wine bars and bistro cafes.

Central Leeds by bus is approx. 15 mins off-peak with a regular bus route. Glorious Roundhay Park and tennis courts are a 10mins stroll. A quiet residential street with no permit (free) parking. It has everything!

If there are problems, as a caring private landlady, I look after you really quickly.
