You are a few minutes walk away from Holloway and Arsenal station on the Piccadilly line, Drayton Park on National Rail (perfect for Moorgate/Bank/Liverpool Street), and ten minutes walk from Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park on the Victoria Line. If you want restaurants or bars, the Angel is right around the corner. If you are an Arsenal fan, you can't get closer. 

Future tenants will need to be in full employment and willing to accept the flat as furnished. Happy to accept small families. 
Non-smokers only as the building has a non-smoking policy. 
Also they do not allow pets :(
