Our London flat is available on a six month or one year Assured Shorthold Tenancy, or for a shorter period (see below). It is in the premium block (with concierge) in a secure private development built in 2007. The flat is spacious (about 850 square feet), comprising: a large living room semi open-plan to a kitchen with the usual appliances; a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom; a second double bedroom that converts, if you wish, to an office using excellent fitted furniture; and a main bathroom. There are various store cupboards, and a 30feet X 5 feet balcony overlooking a park (Meath Gardens), to which there is direct access via security gates. The flat is furnished, has a TV and broadband, and a basic collection of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. There are three tube stations within ten minutes’ walk, buses are just across the park, and it’s a 30 minute walk to the City financial district. Victoria Park and Queen Mary University are close by, and there are plenty of local shops and restaurants. A secure under-croft parking space adjacent to one of the two lifts is available for £100 a month.

Our daily rates (including all bills) for short term rentals (one month minimum) are:  up to 90 days - £105 a day; 91-180 days - £95 a day.  Please note that bedlinen and towels are not provided.  A deposit of £1,500 is required for stays of up to 90 days and a deposit of £2,400 for longer stays.
