About the area
We’ve been living in this house for three years and loved the local area. Now that we have expanded our family we are moving to a slightly bigger place nearby - we don’t want to leave!
One of the main draws of the area is Ruskin Park, which is a wonderful community park a few minutes walk away that is well maintained and has a friendly vibe.
The other great thing about this flat is how close it is to so many train stations! You can leave the door and be on the train from Loughborough Junction in under 5 minutes.
The flat is less than 15 minutes walk to the restaurants of Camberwell, Brixton or Herne Hill.
Who we are looking for
Because of Lambeth’s licensing laws around houses of multiple occupancy unfortunately we will only rent this out to maximum two people.
We are looking for respectful tenants with references, who will keep us aware of any maintenance that is needed while you live in it.
Other points
The flat is on the corner of a main road, and is one street away from a train line. It isn’t loud, but if you are looking for somewhere totally silent, this probably isn’t the place for you!
