We have a lovely double bedroom for 1 person occupancy, becoming available in our quiet 2-bedroom house, from the 15th of July 2024. Note: this would not be a tenancy, but a lodger agreement (like spareroom). We use the Lodger Agreement template from Spareroom.

About us ⛰️️: You'd be sharing the flat with a couple. We have lived together for 3 years, and enjoy cycles, walks, and hikes. The last hikes we did include Mount Snowdon and Mount Fuji.

Cooking and kitchen 🍕️: you'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen that we use regularly. kitchen/backdoor is connected to the garden, where you can peacefully dine under the sun. We have outdoor chairs and a table.

• Internet: Enjoy a fast connection with speeds between 100-250Mbps, perfect for video calls and streaming without interruptions.

• Shared Spaces: You'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and a shared garden.
