SHORT TERM SUBLET AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 23 - APRIL 24

Hi there! I am moving out of my lovely flat in Angel and looking for someone to sublet my room starting from March 23 until April 24. My flatmates are looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going to join them, females preferred!

The flat is separated into the two top floors of the building and the bed room will be on the top floor with three others. The common areas are small but cozy, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. The flat has one bathroom.

The location is great, we’re a 7 minute walk to Angel station and within walking distance to a ton of restaurants on Upper Street but the flat itself is on a residential street which is really lovely and quite. There are a ton of cute pubs in the neighbourhood which we go to fairly often together, we’re looking for someone who is open to socializing but doesn’t plan to be home 24/7.

The room: One room available for lease takeover in a 4 bedroom apartment. Gets AMAZING light all day long.

Furniture: The rooms are fully furnished with a bed & matress, dresser and drawers

Bills: typically comes out to £115 per month plus £60 per month for council tax

Lease terms: You would be subletting from March 23 until April 24.

Accessibility: Unfortunately not accessible since this is a top floor apartment with only stairs.
