Room in a Shared Flat, Carnarvon Road, E15

I am looking to rent my double bedroom with your own bathroom. You get a very large double bedroom in my ground floor / basement (flat). This is in Stratford, London E15 and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I would like to rent to a working professional or a mature student . This is a relaxed and friendly house and would suit similar. 

The other room is occupied by two male Indian guys (Friends: an engineering student and a working professional) who have their own bathroom. The lounge and kitchen are shared. I am open to all ages but would prefer someone between 30 and 60 .

I am offering a large double bedroom and a separate bathroom for rent in a two-bedroom flat. The flat is in a converted Victorian house. The offer includes a shared kitchen-dinner, lounge, and access to the garden. The room is on the ground floor.

I am seeking a respectful person to share my flat for a short period of up to 12 months. The rent is £1050 per month all inclusive (plus returnable deposit of two months £1050, bills are included (Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water council tax etc.).

The local area includes the University of East London Stratford campus as well as the Westfield Centre. There are many shops and transport links are very good. I am a 15min walk from Stratford station (Underground, DLR, and overground). Buses to Stratford are at the top of the road.

The current couple are respectful and friendly.
