Large bedroom  available in a lovely quiet 2 bedroom garden flat to share with just 1, easy going, sporty & very tidy professional. I gym, tennis or run nearly every day and Netflix or read in the evening (if I'm around :) I don't do much cooking (usually I spend only about 10min in the kitchen), and I'm speedy with the bathroom usage. 

Free parking on the street in front of the house (plenty of parking available).

Very convenient location: 1min walk to the High Street = 1min walk to the bus stops, Odeon cinema, banks, library, shops, 4! gyms, 4! swimming pools, 4! tennis clubs, & a massive park - pretty much everything is around the corner! :)

Very convenient travel to central London (e. g. 26min door to door Oxford Street (the same to the City). 2 overground train stations: Streatham Hill and Streatham with direct trains to Victoria 17min, London Bridge, Farringdon 24min, etc.
Many night buses available= easy travel at night.
