Feel free to make the room your own paint it how you want and put pictures on the walls! I’ll even help put up a shelf :)

Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, and high speed internet), offering hassle-free living with no hidden costs.

In the kitchen you’ll have access to the basic appliances you’d expect to see as well as a double draw air fryer which is our most used option. This space is currently evolving with new shelves in the pipe work.

The large communal living area is very bright and cozy, with a big TV and a couple sofas it’s great to chill and hang out put on Netflix etc.

We are nestled within a quiet estate, the flat offers Convenient access to public transportation with access to Brixton tube in less than 10 mins
Nearby amenities include supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and parks. But most importantly a large pub with two pool tables not even 2min walk away.

I live here with my friend (we're both men) we are both relaxed and easy going, often cycling to work or going to the gym we like to keep our body’s moving. Most days are early to work and back so usually nothing to mental during the week.

Weekends are a mix of chilling in the flat and staying local / going on adventures like raves, nature, seeing friends and family etc

We are happy to hang out and chat but also respect that sometimes people want to just chill in their room.

With regards to having friends/partners around that’s fine within reason.
