There are also buses passing every 8-10min to Victoria and Waterloo, and you can reach the City within 20min by bus or tube.

The landlord is a very nice man who lives in the US and has always paid for any reparations (within his legal obligations) and looks after the property very well!

The room is available to move-in as of September 1st, but there is also flexibility to move-in a few days before at no extra cost.
