Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid-July (the lease ends in November 2026 but there is a break clause in November 2024.)

The building has a dedicated working from home space, well kitted out gym for residents (which includes classes at no extra cost) and a communal roof area for BBQs in summer/dining rooms in winter. Room is an ensuite and comes with a king size bed, night stands and wardrobes. Plenty of storage space under the bed/in the wardrobe.

The bills are subsidised and come to £180.98 (including council tax) pcm. Secure basement parking can be available at an additional cost.
