Ideal flatmate:
This will not suit someone who comes home frequently after midnight.
Would prefer male. Smoking/vaping on balcony only.
Someone who is clean, considerate, and easygoing, and who will take their outdoor shoes off at the door.
I am open to consider anyone who may have some furniture or decorative pieces they'd like to include in the flat, or has a bigger TV than the one I currently have 😜! I am open to redecorating the living room, basically.

Kitchen has usual mod cons, including a double oven, stove, microwave, large fridge, modern cupboard system, and washer/dryer combo.
Living room has a large dining table.
Balcony with seating, facing the back.
Toilet is seperate from bathroom.
Hallway and bathroom have storage.
There is a basketball court, picnic tables, and benches out back. Bike storage may be available (will enquire).
Surrounding area:
Super close to Portobello Road (near-ish to top end). An area with a great vibe, plenty of retro shops, restaurants and pubs. Every weekend is a busy street market with stalls selling antiques and handmade goods.
Tesco and Sainsbury's are nearby.
Buses:
Very short walk to buses 23, 52, and 452.
Tube:
Nearest are Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill Gate, approx 15 mins walk each.
