Room in a Shared Flat, Widdenham Road, N7

I am moving out of my amazing room and need someone to takeover my contract from the 27th of November (until 24th of September 2024). The landlord has agreed to this.

The flat is less than a 5-minute walk from Holloway Road station, which offers great connections thanks to the Piccadilly line (15min to Kings Cross). Many bus routes are also available only a few minutes away. There are also many shops like Sainsbury’s, a huge Waitrose and Lidl, and Iceland right around the corner.

😴About the room😴:

The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, two wardrobes, drawers, a bedside table, and a lot of natural light.

🏠About the flat🏠:

It is a 3-bedroom flat with one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a garden!! There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

💷Bills info💷:

Rent is £1,330 a month with bills included (gas, water, electricity).

The contract is until September 24th 2024. The deposit is £1,000. 

🌺A bit about my flatmates🌺:

They are both in their mid-twenties. Julia is American and she’s doing a Masters in Cosmetics at UAL. Noor (they/them) is American/Saudi and just finished their masters in archaeology and media.

We’re looking for someone in their twenties, who’s tidy and easy to get along with. No couples or pets sorry.
