A fully-furnished double bedroom will be available in our house from mid-July as my flatmate is moving out. The house is centrally located, with all the amenities conveniently near-by, and the Forest Gate station being a 5-10 minute walk away. Stratford is only 10 minutes away, offering excellent transport links all across London and the UK.

Both bedrooms (mine and potentially yours) are on the first floor, along with a shared washroom and kitchen between the both of us on the same floor. The room is spacious with a window that looks out to the backyard and gets a lot of sunlight. The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, sofa, side tables, closet space (almirahs), and a TV.

The rent quoted is for a single person and is inclusive of all bills except Wifi, which is paid separately. Couples are also welcome, and the rent for two people for the double room would be £1200 p/m, inc. all bills barring Wifi. 

A little bit about me: I am a young professional and work full-time currently. I am super easy going and chilled out, my only preference in terms of a flatmate is for them to be neat and tidy, and who respect my space but also love socialising occasionally.
